Regular Member - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any person admitted to the practice of law in any State, Territory or District of the United States of America, who is in good standing and who either resides or practices in the State of New York is eligible to become a Regular member upon payment of annual Corporation dues. Regular members shall be entitled to all the privileges of the Corporation, including voting, holding office and participating in all capacities on all committees.

Non-Profit/Government Attorney Member - $55.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Regular Members who are employed in government or not-for-profit organizations are eligible for a discounted membership rate. This rate will be set as the Non-profit/Government Rate. The Corporation reserves the right to request verification of employment for regular members who register at the Non-profit/Government Rate. Verification of employment must be provided within fifteen (15) days of the request or membership will be suspended until proof of employment is provided or new registration at Regular Member Rate is received.

Judicial Member - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments

Law Student Member - Free Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any law student of an accredited law school of any State, Territory or District of the United States of America who has not yet been admitted to the Bar of any jurisdiction. Law Student Members shall be entitled to all privileges of the Corporation except voting and holding office.

Supporting Member - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any person in another discipline who adheres to the purposes and objectives of HALANY may be admitted to supporting membership status upon receipt of payment of the annual dues. Supporting members shall be entitled to all privileges of the Corporation except voting and holding office.

Associate Member - $45.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments (Attorneys licensed outside of NY state) Any person who has been admitted to the practice of law in any State, Territory or District of the United States of America or Haiti and is in good standing but who neither resides or practices in the State of New York; or is an attorney holding a certificate of limited admission; or is a law school graduate, is eligible to become an Associate member upon payment of annual Corporation dues. Associate members shall be entitled to all privileges of the Corporation except voting and holding office.
